What is theDev Knight Handbook

It is a guide for new members of our team and anyone who would like to join us. We wrote it because we do not like rigid procedures, lengthy documents, or formal PDFs that govern our work. If you are planning to apply, start here.

Why we wrote it

First, we wanted to make it easier for new employees to settle in. The handbook is an important part of our onboarding process. Second, we wanted to present our work culture and take pride in it. Third, we would like more companies in Poland to use company handbooks in their HR processes. We believe they are a great way to encourage potential employees to apply.

What you will find inside

First and foremost, you will learn about our work culture. We put the Team first, and mention it often in the handbook. We also wrote down the basic principles we follow when building software and running projects. We explain what the first steps of a new EENGINE employee look like.
