Sprinter
A strong Facts perspective. Quickly assesses and selects the most essential facts to clarify a problem and provide a fast solution, using logical cause-and-effect thinking.
Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you and the person you were talking to seemed to be discussing the same thing, yet somehow could not understand each other? It was probably because you think and act in different ways.
To identify and name these differences, we use FRIS®, a psychometric assessment that determines which way of thinking and acting comes most naturally to a person.
and many resulting Action Styles

A strong Ideas perspective. Goes beyond the here and now, questions the status quo, and looks for new possibilities.
A strong Relations perspective. Intuitively senses how people, objects, and events are connected and interprets those relations in a personal and subjective way.
A strong Structures perspective. Analyses a problem thoroughly to build a complete and detailed view, with precision in describing both the problem and its potential solutions.
FRIS® is an assessment that strengthens what is best in us. At EENGINE, we want to support employees in line with their natural strengths and help them develop, so everyone who stays with us after their probationary period can take part in the assessment.
After your probationary period, you receive an email with a link to the FRIS® assessment and brief instructions on how to prepare.
You complete the assessment online at a time that suits you. Remember, there is no need to rush.
After completing the assessment, you receive your results and descriptions of your Thinking Style and Action Style. These become the starting point for a conversation.
You review your results with a FRIS® Trainer and translate them into everyday communication, collaboration, and ways of working with the team.
